Your Personalised, Holistic Approach to Healthy Weight Management
Weight Management is about more than willpower. It’s about understanding the ‘why’ behind weight gain, whether that’s hormones, metabolism, lifestyle or something else entirely. Our clinical team’s integrated approach helps you manage your weight healthily, safely and sustainably.
There’s no one-size-fits-all solution. That’s why we start by getting to know you, your health history, lifestyle, goals and challenges. Together we build a personalised plan tailored to your body, genetics and lifestyle.

‘Realistic and Sustainable’
We work with you to uncover the root causes of weight changes. These may relate to emotions and mental health, stress, hormones, chronic illness, nutrition and gut health issues, to name a few. From these foundations, we offer tailored medical therapies such as movement programmes, mental health therapy, breath work, nutritional therapy and realistic, sustainable lifestyle advice.
We also address related conditions linked to excess weight, especially those affecting cardiovascular, renal and metabolic (CVRM) health, eg, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, chronic kidney disease and Type 2 Diabetes. By improving weight and metabolic function through a whole-body approach, we help reduce your risk and enable you to manage these conditions effectively, supporting your long-term wellbeing
What’s Involved in Our Weight Management Programmes
Ongoing Clinical Support with Your Doctor
This helps you monitor your progress and adjust your management plan where necessary.
Movement & Exercise Programmes
We have in-house expertise, including Physiotherapy, Pilates and yoga programmes.
Prescription Medication
This includes GLP-1s / other weight-loss medication, as appropriate.
Nutritional Therapy
Our in-house nutritionist will work with you to create a balanced plan to optimise your nutritional status and improve any deficiencies or excesses.
Breath Work
Regulating your nervous system through breathing exercises feels good and regulates stress hormones, which in turn reduces resistance to weight loss.
Advanced Diagnostic Testing
Access to the latest testing to uncover root causes, eg, vitamin status, insulin resistance, genetic mutations, inflammatory markers, prediabetes, thyroid dysfunction, hormone imbalances or chronic fatigue.
Mental Health Therapy
Weight changes can affect how you feel mentally, just as mental health can influence your weight. From stress and emotional eating to low self-esteem or anxiety, we’re here to support the whole picture with our experienced clinical psychologist.
Sustainable & Lasting Changes
This isn’t a crash diet programme. It’s about helping your body function better, so you can make lasting changes, feel more confident and keep your risk and weight at a safe level.
Weight Management is complex and all too often, patients are told to “just eat less and move more”. We take a deeper look. As an independent clinic, we offer the convenience of longer appointments face-to-face and online, cutting-edge testing and clinical input. You’ll work with a team that understands your weight challenges in the context of your overall health.

FAQs
What treatments are available?
We take a holistic, personalised approach to weight management. Your plan may include:
- Regular check-ins with your doctor to track progress and adjust your plan as needed.
- Clinically proven weight-loss medications, prescribed only where appropriate and safe.
- Support from psychologists to explore ‘stress eating’, motivation and mindset.
- Nutritional therapy and lifestyle support tailored to your health and preferences.
- Movement and exercise programmes appropriate to your current fitness level.
All treatments are designed to work together as part of a wider strategy that supports sustainable, healthy weight and long-term overall wellbeing. You can find out more about our treatment options in your initial consultation.
How long will it take?
Our programmes vary in length depending on your individual needs and goals. Some people benefit from short-term, intensive support, while others engage with us over several months to build sustainable habits. We’ll work with you to create a timeline that feels achievable and realistic.
How can I help myself?
Limit caffeine alcohol and spicy foods as they can aggravate flushes / flashes. Eat a healthy diet, including fruit and veg, and maintain a good vitamin D intake for bone health. Take regular exercise, preferably weight-bearing to protect yourself from the risk of developing osteoporosis.
Will I have to follow a strict diet?
No. We don’t believe in overly restrictive or fad diets. Our focus is on helping you build a healthy relationship with food and making changes you can maintain. That means realistic, balanced eating in line with your goals.
Do I need to exercise to lose weight?
Movement is important for overall health, but we’ll never pressure you into exercise that doesn’t feel right for you. We have an in-house Physiotherapist and Pilates specialist to support you with finding ways to move your body that feel enjoyable and manageable, whatever your starting point.
Is this suitable if I have a medical condition?
Yes. Many of our clients have conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes, PCOS, thyroid disorders or mental-health challenges. Our team will take your full health history into account and tailor the programme to ensure it’s safe and effective for you.
Can I take weight-loss medication as part of the programme?
We offer clinically approved weight-loss medications, but only if they are appropriate for you and prescribed by our qualified team. Medication is never a standalone solution. It’s part of a wider plan that includes behavioural and lifestyle support.
What kind of support will I receive?
You’ll have access to a multidisciplinary team, including your doctor, Psychologist, Nutritionist, Physiotherapist and our dedicated Concierge Service. The level of support you need from our clinicians will be discussed with you in your initial consultation with your doctor.
What happens if I fall off track?
That’s completely normal and to be expected. Weight management is rarely linear. We’re here to support you through the ups and downs, help you reset when needed and keep you focused on long-term change, not on achieving short-term perfection.
