1. Enquire & Book
Book online for your online consultation or call us to discuss your needs, your preferred location and timing for a face-to-face clinic appointment or home visit.
2. Booking Confirmation
Our team will confirm the availability of your preferred doctor or clinician and collect background information prior to your consultation. We believe in continuity of care and prefer to receive as much information from you in advance of your appointment to make the most of your consultation.
3. Consultation & Care
Your doctor will talk through your concerns, understand your situation and together you will create an in-depth care plan, taking your individual needs into account.
4. Follow-Up & Support
You will receive a detailed consultation report by email along with recommendations, action points and our concierge team will arrange referrals or prescriptions and book your next appointment.

How do I book a private GP home visit?
Booking is easy. Call our team to discuss your needs and location. We’ll confirm availability, arrange your appointment and send details including your doctor’s name and expected arrival time.
What happens during a private doctor home visit?
Your private GP will visit your home or workplace, conduct a full consultation and examination where appropriate, and perform blood tests if needed, all within a 30-minute appointment (longer if arranged). Please note some examinations may require a chaperone.
Can I book a same-day private GP appointment online?
Yes. We offer same-day appointments online and please call us to book clinic appointments and home visits.
What follow-up care do I receive after a home GP appointment?
You can choose telephone, video or further in-person follow-up. We provide a written report with a treatment plan, prescriptions and private referrals. Continuity of care is central to what we do.
Can private GPs prescribe medication and arrange its delivery?
Yes. Your private doctor can issue prescriptions and our concierge will arrange courier delivery to your door.
Do you offer virtual private GP appointments for international patients?
Yes. We offer secure, confidential online GP consultations for international patients seeking UK-based care. If your specialist doctor is seeking a primary-care practice in the UK, we also accept referrals to manage your care.
Are home GP visits suitable for elderly or vulnerable patients?
Absolutely. Our service is ideal for elderly, housebound, or vulnerable individuals. We’re also very experienced in working with carers and relatives to ensure the best care.
