Long Covid and ME/CFS Focused Support
Living with Long Covid or ME/CFS often means navigating persistent fatigue, low energy levels, post-exertional malaise, breathlessness, joint pain and cognitive challenges. These are symptoms that can vary from day to day. This tailored service offers a compassionate, whole-body approach to recovery, grounded in clinical expertise and lived understanding of energy-limiting conditions. This service is part of our multidisciplinary Long Covid Clinic.
Support includes gentle physiotherapy, chair- or bed-based exercises, breath-led Clinical Pilates, pacing advice and strategies for nervous system regulation, all tailored to your current capacity. The focus is on helping you stabilise symptoms, rebuild strength gradually and regain confidence in your body, without pushing beyond what feels safe and avoiding crashes. Our online or in-person sessions are calm, personalised and flexible, whether you’re at the start of your recovery or managing a long-term condition.
