Dr Finlay’s Founder GP Ben Sinclair and his Leeds-based Yorkshire team pictured to mark the occasion
The Editor of the popular weekly newspaper The Ilkley Gazette was keen to report on Dr Finlay’s Private Practice’s Yorkshire launch.
This was because our team circulates in their readership areas, supporting patients in locations including Otley, Ilkley and the wider North Yorkshire region on request.
The newspaper’s headline ran “Home-visiting health service launched”, along with a team photograph accompanying the article. Featured in the line-up were:
* Dr Samantha Rosenberg, who trained as a GP in York and qualified at the University of Leeds in 2004
* Dr Aaron Brown, who developed an early interest in medicine as a sixth-former in Leeds. He initially trained as a surgeon, then moved over to community practice as a GP in York
* Nutritionist Sally Duffin, who has worked for over 20 years in the natural health industry and over a decade as a nutritionist & nutritional therapist and
* Registered Nutritional Therapist Natasha Rosenberg, who specialises in gut health and the impact of nutrition in connection with female hormones.
The newspaper also mentioned that Dr Ben Sinclair, the Founder of Dr Finlay’s Private Practice trained in Yorkshire for ten years.
And during that spell, he also supported patients in York Hospital’s Accident & Emergency department, as well as the Special Care Baby Unit there – all experiences of which Dr Sinclair is very proud.
“At a time when staff are facing huge increases in demand, we can take the pressure off the NHS because every patient we deal with is one less patient relying on the hard-pressed resources of the NHS,” Dr Sinclair told the paper.
