We provide healthcare services internationally, with the exception of the United States and Canada.
Please note that some services require a prior consultation before booking. Certain appointments are available exclusively to registered patients of the practice.
For home visits, additional travel fees may apply if the location falls outside our standard service radius.
A London weighting applies to all appointments delivered in London to reflect regional cost variations. Please enquire for further details.
Please also note that in-person appointment pricing differs in Birmingham.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice during our business days (Monday – Friday). Cancellations or reschedule requests made on weekends will not be accepted as part of the notice period. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or on the day of your appointment, will be charged in full.
This policy helps us manage our diary effectively and offer cancelled appointments to other patients.
